The water sports centre at the Lac du Verney is open in July and August for activities including paddle boats, canoes, sailing dinghies and paddle boards.

The lake stands at a 725 m altitude, extends over 75 hectares and is of variable depth.
Authorised activities (lifeguard-supervised): windsurfing, canoeing, dinghy sailing, pedal boats.
Prohibited activities: swimming, diving, powerboating and jet skiing.
