Verney Lake watersports centre is open all summer for refreshing and fun activities. With beaches equipped for sunbathing, play areas for children and grassy areas nearby, you’ll have everything you could possibly need for a relaxing day out!
You’ll be drawn to the beautiful turquoise colour of the lake, and will immediately feel the desire to relax… Book a sailing lesson for the teenagers, cycle along the cycle path with the little ones, as far as the passerelle himalayenne and just let this mountain lake work its wonders on you…

The watersports
The centre is open every day in July and August, from 11am to 7pm, offering a wide range of watersports, including canoeing, pedalo boats, optimist boats, kayaking, windsurfing or stand-up paddle. The equipment is available to hire or you can choose to set off with a professional instructor, for a windsurfing or optimist boating session. Swimming is not permitted, but with the activities on offer on the water or on the shores of the lake, you are sure to enjoy this refreshing experience!
