Françoise is passionate about making biscuits and sells her own flaky pastry cookies in the centre of Bourg d'Oisans.
About : Le Feuilleté de l’Oisans
In 2022, Françoise set herself a new challenge, namely to produce sweet and savoury artisan biscuits, made with a maximum of local products. As an aside, a "feuilleté" refers both to the geological strata visible on most Oisans mountains, as well as to a biscuit... hence the pun!
