Production of sweet and savoury artisan biscuits, made with many local products. A "feuilleté" refers both to the geological strata visible on most Oisans mountains, as well as to a biscuit...so the parallel was quite obvious!

I spent my childhood in a family where we had time to dream and therefore to be creative. I have always been involved in a range of activities, and in 2022, I took on a new challenge, namely making artisan biscuits. As I am sensitive to sustainable development, I try to base my approach as much as possible on a short circuit model, which means my recipes are made as far as possible with local products.

Opening hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 10.30 am and 12.30 pm and between 3 pm and 7 pm.
Closed Monday and Sunday.
