Breeding animals in Oisans, the farm sells beef, veal, lamb, pork and processed products. The meat is available from the farm shop or in 8 to 18 kg packs to order.
Descriptif Ferme du Taillefer
The farm is located at an altitude of 1000 m in the Lignarre valley. Pierre, Marc and Guillaume Salvi breed ewes and Limousine cows for meat. The animals spend all summer outside in local fields or higher up in the alpine pastures. They prefer to sell their meat directly for economic reasons, but also for the contact with consumers.

When driving from Grenoble, turn right towards Col d'Ornon, one and a half kilometres before Bourg d'Oisans.
Go to the "Bergerie de la Lignarre" on the right at the entrance to La Palud.
