A lovely "world’s end" feeling above the resort of Vaujany. The wide south-facing slopes above Le Collet mean there’s space for everyone to enjoy their skiing.
About : Ski touring from Le Collet / Belledonne
SUGGESTIONS FOR SKI-TOURING
> Discovery day routes :
- Col du sabot (2100 m) + 700 m
The classic but unmissable climb up to the Col du Sabot provides a gentle start to the season. A fine, steady climb and if by chance there isn’t very much snow, you can go further up the road and start higher up.
> Classic day routes :
- Les Aiguillettes de Vaujany (2547 m) + 1050 m
The same starting point as for the Col du Sabot leads you up to the sharp, spectacular Aiguillettes de Vaujany. Enjoy wonderful views over the Lac de Grand' Maison and the entire Grandes Rousses.
> Technical and steep routes :
- Cime de la Cochette (3240 m) via Les Aiguillettes + 1700 m
The Cimes de la Cochette offer skiers three lovely corridors : west, north-west or north. Hard to choose as they are all incredible!
