From initiation to improvement, the objective of this course is to know how to approach modern Great Routes in safety. A session of modern multi-pitch progression techniques will allow you to calmly tackle these vertical trips.
About : Big Rock climbing classes
Approaching a long route in climbing can sometimes seem a little complicated. This half-day will bring you confidence and serenity to progress in this discipline.
For amateurs, the idea is to restore your confidence and refresh your knowledge of progression techniques.
We will review the essential points for safely tackling a large route and abseiling techniques on an easy climb adapted to your level. (rock with clean holds)
You will leave with the keys necessary to continue your 'climbing' vacation with confidence!
