Chocolaterie – La Marjolaine

Founded by grandfather René Buatois in 1959. His son Denis succeeded him at the head of the business until 2016.

Today, Sylvain Buatois, the grandson, assisted by his wife Audrey, carry on the family tradition with passion, relying on a large majority of regional products.

In a retro setting with a delicious 1960s flavour, you can take a sweet break and enjoy traditional recipes whose reputation has spread far beyond the borders of the Oisans region.

From the various specialities of ‘homemade’ chocolates, to the ‘Marjolaine’ cake, the famous recipe of Mr Fernand Point, not forgetting the ice creams made on the premises, the house conceals many treasures.
