## The space

Cosy studio, rated 2**, for 4 people with balcony. A living room with a pull-out sofa for 2 people, TV. A sleeping area with two single beds (80 cm). A kitchen area equipped with 4 ceramic hobs, fridge, microwave and dishwasher.
A bathroom with shower and toilet.

## Guest access

Access to the laundry : washing machine and dryer on the ground floor of the residence near the reception room.

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

For a stay of 2 weeks, 15% discount on the 2nd week

For a stay of 3 weeks, 30% discount on the 3rd week

Rental of bed linen and towels with paid option of €20 for stays of one week or more.
For a rental per night (2 nights minimum): bed (s) made on arrival, towels available.
Rent a bed and a baby chair at €10 each or €15 both.

A seasonal rental contract for a stay of one week or more is established between the lessor and the tenant.

The deposit of €300 (check not banked) is given on arrival and returned on departure after the inventory

A tourist tax of €0.60 per adult per night will be required.
