This property is ideally located 20 minutes from the Oisans resorts (Vaujany, Alpe d'Huez and Les 2 Alpes) and at the foot of the mythical Alpe d'Huez cycle climb, allowing you to be close to a wide range of activities, such as cycling, mountain biking, walking, horse riding, rafting and climbing.

The ground floor features a large living room with a sofa bed, TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a master bedroom (bed 160x200) with bathroom and toilet. You can enjoy your meals facing the mountains on a large terrace with garden furniture.

On the first floor, there is a bathroom with toilet, a mezzanine with a sofa and 3 bedrooms opening onto a balcony:
