Welcome to the "Les Pâtes en Oisans" workshop in the heart of Le Bourg.
This is where my fresh egg pasta is made by hand.
The pasta's composition is authentic: top-quality French durum wheat semolina, Isère farm eggs and mountain water.
Pasta, ravioli and gnocchi are prepared with quality ingredients. No additives, flavoring, coloring or preservatives.... All natural! Recipes made with local produce, with emphasis on short distribution channels.
To bring color to your plate...Fresh vegetables and wild herbs color pasta in parsley green, tomato red or beet violet.
Several shapes of pasta are shaped. Several flours are selected. Poached, pan-fried or au gratin, pasta can be invented to suit every taste. Come and discover.
POINTS OF SALE:
You can buy our pasta on Saturday mornings at the Bourg-d'Oisans market. Sales at the workshop are available on PRECOMMANDE (312 ter Avenue de la Gare ----Le Bourg d'Oisans) by SMS or e-mail.
It's also possible for professionals.
If you want to reduce your waste, "Les Pâtes en Oisans" encourages you to bring your own containers to avoid the use of single-use packaging.
