The goats seen from the balcony of the chalet do not only add to the scenery, they also give rich milk that Clément turns into characterful cheese. You can meet him and his herd and he will tell you about his daily life, farming in the mountains with the long winters, sloping terrain and problems with predators... Above all, he will explain the different flavors of his cheeses according to the maturing process and pass on the love of his trade.

Some walks you never forget.
Night snowshoeing, walking in the moonlight...When daylight tends to dusk, the landscape becomes almost mystical. It is time to follow Quentin through the undergrowth... In the shelter of the trees, darkness is total and a head torch indispensable. The light beam playing on the branches brings out the evening humidity. We can see the life around us: animal tracks, the lights of the surrounding villages, and finally a starry sky that is rare to see... A surreal atmosphere that will stay with you for a long time...

Rediscover skiing as it used to be.
Finally, an adventure in the heart of nature. Ski touring is like reconnecting with the origins of skiing; far from the ski lifts, walking through untouched snow on sealskins and then coming back down, enjoying the thrill of skiing far from the groomed slopes. The effort, pure air and contact with the snow will be like rediscovering skiing! It's the stuff of lasting memories, when the group moves forward as one, in harmony to the soft sound of skiing on the snow...

Chef's dishes at home or how you can combine your love for good food with conviviality.
We know that when on holiday, the less we do the more we enjoy them! Especially with friends, when the aperitifs are stretched out and we forget about the cooking. Every problem has a solution, and your saviours are called Serge and Patty. With their elegant, original and wonderful tasting cooking, they take care of everything and especially delighting your taste buds! Serge sublimates local products, including home-smoked Vercors trout, carpaccio of grilled vegetables and prawns accompanied by cauliflower mousse... without forgetting the mountain specialties of a hot St-Marcelin and dauphinois potatoes. Serge and Patty deliver every evening to the chalet - all you have to do is reheat your meal!

A never-ending ski terrain!
Virtually unlimited skiing starts just a few hundred meters from the chalet, with a wide variety of winter sports possible in ever-changing landscapes. The Alpe d'Huez Grand Domaine Ski is seriously big: 250 km of slopes and 80 ski lifts. Among the slopes not to be missed is the Sarenne, 16 km, from the Pic Blanc to the Sarenne valley. if you're looking for something more relaxing, try the Villard Reculas ski area, which is more economical and features slopes of all colours, making it a perfect option. It's also an opportunity to fine-tune your skiing with the village's French Ski School, which offers group lessons in small groups.
