About : Tour des Rouies
The "Tour des Rouies" is for fit hikers wishing to learn the basics of glacier hiking. Maximum 4 people.
Day 1: Ascent to the Refuge de la Pilatte hut, learn to climb on ice and spend the night at the hut.
Day 2: Ascent of Le Gioberney or La Pointe Richardson, descent to the Refuge du Pigeonnier and night at the hut.
Day 3: Ascent of Les Rouies via the normal route from the Valgaudemar side, return to La Bérarde via the untamed Vallon du Chardon.
