About : Traces in Veneon – Ski and snowshoeing experiences
Traces en Vénéon " is a meeting around ski touring and snowshoeing which takes place every year at the beginning of April. Today, this event is open to all beginners or people with little experience. The professionals of the Bureau des guides de la Bérarde Meije Ecrins will be there to help you discover the practice of ski touring or snowshoeing, to improve your knowledge of the environment through educational workshops (DVA). They will address, among other things, the key themes of risk management and prevention, the choice of appropriate equipment and mountain safety, as well as the new problems linked to global warming. The proposed route will allow you to discover a wild and preserved environment, in the heart of the Ecrins National Park, in the middle of the most prestigious peaks of the Massif such as the Meije, the Râteau or the Dôme des Écrins... "Traces en Vénéon" is above all a unique and original way of discovering the mountains in winter, far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts... For one day, La Bérarde, the "Mecca of mountaineering", will be a theatre of exchanges and sharing in a friendly and good mood!
