Ice-climbing day

PROGRAMME - SATURDAY 21 January 2023
7.30am: Meeting point, for briefing
8.30am - 3.30pm: Climbing workshops, discovery of the vertical, tips and tricks for progression.
4pm: Debriefing and mulled wine.
Then, a wellness and convivial break with the option of a hammam, massages...
8.30 pm: Mountain movie evening

Two formulas and a Wellness option!

Formula 1: J2A Day Training workshops
Two 3-hour workshops (8am-11am and 1pm-4pm) to choose from:
-> Nature snowshoeing&Discovery of the fauna with 1 guide from the Parc de Ecrins.
-> Nivology-Avalanche Risk Management with 1 Anena certified guide
-> First aid in winter environment by 1 nurse or certified guide Anena
Price: 65 € per person including supervision. Please bring your own picnic.

Option 2: J2GV Grandes Voies day
We will climb a waterfall of several lengths in the Diable valley
(or somewhere else depending on conditions...).
Price : 180 € per person including the supervision of a high mountain guide (2 people maximum per guide)

OPTION Well-being offer
On request and to be paid on the spot, possibility to take advantage of the hammam and a large choice of massages.
