Under the guidance of renowned chefs Melissa Marchal and Stéphane Jarjanette, you will prepare a Christmas menu. These workshops are designed to immerse you in a complete culinary experience, from the preparation of ingredients to the presentation of dishes.

Each session will end with a tasting, accompanied by a carefully selected food and wine pairing.
These four-hour courses take place in the kitchens of the gourmet restaurant IDA.
These workshops, limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session, allow for personalized supervision for each apprentice cook. The price is set at €140 per person and includes all the necessary equipment as well as a recipe sheet to recreate the menu at home.
This is an ideal opportunity to prepare for the end-of-year celebrations with advice from expert chefs.
