For this new adventure, the Maudru family will once again be complete. Aimé the father, of course, who once again, as always, will be trying to express his revolt against a society that is too 'modern' for him and that oppresses him.

About : « Ça suffit main’ant » by Serge PAPAGALLI

Fortunately, Louise, his wife, will be there to try and calm him down and bring him back to a form of reality that's also a little out of touch, but pragmatic and reassuring: his own. His nephew Désiré will be as finely disturbed, luminously simple and philosophical as ever: sun in August, pie in the crust!
Son Fernand returns to the farm to try and help his parents and bridge the gap between this 'modernity' and, let's face it, his father's slight archaism.
And then there's the guest from the gîte who came to rest for three days and hasn't been back for years. She has become Simone, a member of the family who has escaped from the old people's home so that she can devote herself to her favourite hooch.
As usual, this little world will try to survive in the face of the big one; in the face of the passage of time; in the face of a society that will always be two steps ahead. Television will even come and interview this mountain tribe.
But don't worry, it's all going to end around a good Dauphinoise table, with laughter, tenderness and hope. We'll try to keep it going! We're going to do it! We're not a bunch of people! That's enough now!
