After checking your harness and belt settings, it's time to head into the forest with the mushers. Hundreds of lights will make your eyes sparkle on the way, the opportunity to discover the Auris resort from another angle, in its night coat.the reward is at the end of the trail: Erwin, your chef for this evening, is waiting for you by the fire to share, first of all, a small aperitif made in Oisans. The aperitif is also for the pooches: even before starting the festivities, you will have to tie them up and give them water, seasoned with sardine juice; the little secret to bait them. After this time of conviviality, you can enjoy a Scandinavian meal cooked on a wood fire. Simple and delicious recipes, in the great tradition of the Great North. After listening to Erwin and Barbara's mountain stories, it will finally be time to go home, warm up in bed and dream about this wonderful Nordic experience.
