His products are prepared using a range of ice cream and sorbet flavours, including coffee, vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, stracciatella, tiramisu, nectarine, strawberry, lemon, orange, blueberry, raspberry and lots of other fruit, always using fresh produce and/or raw ingredients and never flavoured powders.
