It comprises a living room of more than 30m², a bedroom with and outside window and toilet, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet, a separate alcove, an open-plan kitchen with a hatch and a sheltered 20 m² south-facing loggia. A parking space in the basement is included in the rental. The sleeping accommodation comprises a double bedroom, a pull-out sofa with two single beds in the living room, which can be separated from the dining room by a curtain, two bunk beds in the alcove, separated from the living room by an opaque glass door. The apartment is very well-equipped, featuring an LCD flat screen television, blu-ray player, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, pressure cooker, raclette set, fondue set, waffle/sandwich maker and a pancake grill. The rental price covers all charges (including heating) and tourist taxes.
