Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts looking for comfort and a quiet, cosy atmosphere. The luxury chalet is located in a charming village on the alternative route up to Alpe d'Huez and at the foot of the ski slopes.

About : Les Ecrins 2

"Les Ecrins 2" is a 75 m² apartment located on the 1st floor and can accommodate 1 to 2 families, totalling 6 to 8 people, with two separate bedrooms including a master bedroom with shower room and separate WC, an alcove with bunk beds and a bathroom with bath and WC. The south-facing terrace has a private jacuzzi Softtub for 6 people.

Currently under renovation, the accommodation will be available FROM JANUARY 1st, 2020.

It can be combined with the main 145 m² apartment "Les Ecrins 1" located in the upper part of the chalet, which, spread over the two upper floors, offers sleeping accommodation for 8, 10 or even 12 people (but fewer is more comfortable). When the two apartments are rented by the same tenants, everyone can meet upstairs for shared fun.

° Skiers: the ski lifts linking the village to the Alpe d'Huez skiing area are accessible on skis from the doorstep. The family ski school, 150m from the chalet, is a real plus for learner skiers. Boot dryers and ski racks are available at the entrance to the chalet.

° Hikers : our village is the main trial-running resort of Oisans, located at the gateway to the Ecrins National Park and featuring a ski lift up to Alpe d'Huez. There are an endless number of routes available, without taking your car.

° Cyclists: the chalet is on the alternative route up to Alpe d'Huez, the passes of the Croix de Fer, Glandon,Alpe d'Huez, Galibier and many other less known but equally memorable climbs. In the evening your bikes can be safely stored in our large 40m² garage.

° Holidaymakers in search of rest and well-being: the 180° panoramic view of the surrounding mountain peaks is simply breathtaking.

Via-ferrata, treetops adventure, rafting, hydrospeed, mountain biking (electric if desired), paragliding,... all these exhilarating outdoor activities are within easy reach.

A 30 m² wellness area, featuring a sauna and hammam, is shared with the tenants upstairs. Unless otherwise agreed with the co-tenants, the sharing of the wellness area will be on the basis of access alternately in the afternoon one day, and in the evening the next day. The jacuzzi is private to the "Les Ecrins 2" apartment.

There is a minimum of two parking spaces per apartment.

- Baby equipment available (folding bed, bathtub, chair, Jané 3-wheel pushchair).

Les Ecrins 2: top-of-the-range finishings, south-facing terrace covering the entire front of the chalet, flat-screen TV with built-in DVD player.

Practical information:
- Sheets are provided and beds are made on arrival.
- Towel kit: one large and one small towel: €5 per kit
- End-of-holiday cleaning for "Les Ecrins 1" is available at additional cost (€200 for the top floor apartment at €130 for the first floor apartment). The entire fee goes to the cleaning staff, who clean the chalet from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Visitor's tax not included, payable on arrival.

The deposit of €500 will be returned no later than 7 days after departure.
