House “La Sittelle”- 4 people – Mizoën

A detached house next to the owner's property. Overall 30m2 plus the top level in the attic. For a maximum of 4 guests, ideally a couple and two children ( who will love the attic space). Mountain and country atmosphere, calm and peaceful. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the Romanche valley.

Layout:
The ground floor has a living room with a dining table, chairs, sofa and stove. Next to it there is a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge, hob, oven and microwave, coffee machine and kettle. Guests can enjoy the garden, with garden furniture and barbecue.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with balcony, with a double bed that is perfect for a couple. On the same floor, there is a bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, the attic has been converted to accommodate 2 people in 2 single beds.

Outside :
Guests have use of a terrace and barbecue in the garden.
