Chalet de la Cîme

Entirely renovated in a pure mountain style, the 148m2 chalet on 3 levels offers a capacity of 10 people. Friendly, warm atmosphere, you will have complete and comfortable equipment as well as a terrace, balconies and parking nearby. So forget your car and walk to the access point to the slopes of the Alpes d'Huez area.

In the middle of the hamlet of La Villette, at the foot of the Col du Sabot, the chalet was in fact an old village house completely redone in 2009. We fell in love with this pretty corner of the mountain, and entrusted the realization to an architect, specializing in mountain renovation. We have privileged noble materials such as wood and stone and have transformed the top of the chalet into a large living room under the roofs, under the same frame. The heating is electric, adjustable by room (it will be set at your arrival around 20 °) and diffused by the ground. Hot water is distributed via a 300l cumulus tank.

It has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a large terrace on the ground floor and two floors which each have a large balcony.
It is 5 minutes from the Montfrais cable car, which provides access to the ski areas of Vaujany and Alpe d ’Huez. It is also the starting point for many hikes or snowshoe hikes.

On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen with its oak table and its lounge area open onto a private wooden terrace where it is possible to rest and eat. Two other rooms complete the living room: separate toilets and a ski room and the first floor serves three tastefully decorated bedrooms: a suite with a double bed of 160 and a small living room, one with two bunk beds and another bedroom double. They are all equipped with a French window which gives access to the long balcony. Two bathrooms complete this floor, each equipped with a toilet.

The top floor under the framework offers an exceptional view of the Grandes Rousses massif thanks to large bay windows which open onto a terrace. it has a lounge area with two sofas, a flat screen and a 160 double bed.

All the furniture in the chalet is made of solid wood, which creates a cozy atmosphere and a real cocoon of tranquility.
