Cheese – Goat shed La Coursaline

Sale of goat cheeses and merino wool balls at the farm and at the Producers' Market held in Arsine at the Jardin du Moulin every Sunday from 8.30 am to noon.
Mathieu & Charlotte are Transhumance Shepherds.
They take care in the hamlet of Les Cours, of a natural breeding of goats
from the breed of Rove (rustic Race on safeguard) mainly grass-fed and Natural breeding, heal with homeopathy and aromatherapy.
