Some wild plants, considered weeds, are edible. To easily identify nutritious plants, you will need a few simple techniques and your five senses. As an experienced botanist, Guy Lalière will teach you how to recognize edible plants.
They are numerous, to name only nettles, daisies, lemon balm and dandelion. Some plants are eaten raw and others cooked.
Some wild plants also have medicinal properties. Their preparations are at the origin of the production of syrups, balms, liqueurs and essential oils. You will assimilate during the course, the techniques of recognition of the medicinal plants encountered according to the season and the vegetation of the region. The methods of preparing remedies will also be explained to you.
