Pugliesi-Conti Paul-Henri – Chalet L’Ecrin

L'écrin is a recently built chalet on three levels that can accommodate up to 6 people. It has an exceptional, peaceful location, with panoramic views of the Meije and surrounding mountains.
In winter, you can take advantage of the Meije ski area for high-mountain skiing, or the family resort of Le Chazelet, 20 minutes from the chalet by car or free shuttle bus.
In summer, enjoy the many hiking, mountain biking, cycling and climbing trails.....
You'll have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at your disposal.

The chalet is equipped with underfloor central heating.
Cleaning, towels, sheets, tea towels and hand towels are included in the price.
Parking is not available in front of the chalet, which is only accessible via a footpath 75 meters from the road. However, you can park on the main street or in the parking lot above the chalet.

To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask you not to smoke in the house or on the outside wooden areas (terraces and stairs), and to remove your shoes as soon as you enter the chalet. Slippers are available in the entrance hall.
Pets and parties are not permitted.

INTERIOR (description of the accommodation: each room and equipment on each floor):
The chalet has 3 levels: garden level, level 1 and level 2.
On level 1, accessible via the footpath, the chalet features an entrance hall with a bench and storage cupboard, and a large 50 m2 living area with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge area, all opening onto a spacious terrace facing the Meije.
The living room is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountain views. You can also take advantage of all the facilities on offer (TV, DVD player, games (Wii, PS3), WiFi connection).
The kitchen is fully equipped and functional (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric kettle and coffee maker, blender, raclette machine, etc.). A dining table for 6 will be at your disposal.
On the spacious terrace, you can enjoy a drink and a view of the mountains.

On level 2, you'll find 3 comfortable bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each that can be added together. The 2 bathrooms have spacious showers, towel rails and hairdryers. A bathroom is located between the double bedroom and a 2-single bed bedroom, and can be made private by one of the bedrooms. Separate toilets are located on the ground floor and 1st floor.
On the garden level, accessible via the footpath, you'll find a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and drying racks. An external door gives you direct access to this level when returning from skiing or hiking. Here you can store your ski and/or bike equipment.

EXTERIOR (description of the exterior adjoining the accommodation: terrace, ...) :
The chalet has two terraces, one on the dining room level and the second on the garden level.
The garden is enclosed.
