Take 1500 m of altitude in a few minutes thanks to the cable cars and go to the discovery of the White Lake and go along the Combe Charbonnière. The Pic Blanc at 3330m altitude above the massif and is accessible by its cable car in Station 2700.

From the Lac Blanc pass to its lake, enjoy the space on this plateau with unobtrusive vegetation. To reach the Pic Blanc at 3330 m altitude, take the cable car of the same name (up and down) on your way. Then, continue the route that goes down along the Combe Charbonnière to the old mine building of Herpie.

ITINERARY: Departure from the Vaujany cable car station. Take the ski lifts of Alpette then the Domes des Petites Rousses (ticket for sale in cash on site). The marked path is visible right out of the gondola. Follow this ski slope in winter, facing south, towards the 2700 Station and along the Combe Charbonnière.

TO SEE ON THE COURSE: The old mine building of Herpie, it is the witness of an intense coal activity of the 17th century until 1951.

TO KNOW: The return to Vaujany is done by the cable cars. Stay alert for return schedules.
