About : Hiking trails in La Meije county

All hiking trails are described through 20 printed cards which can be downloaded from the Website "Chemins d'Avant" or bought at the Tourist Office in La Grave.
Each card contains the characteristics of the hiking pathes, time, distance, elevation and a color code indicating the difficulty :
Green : easy family hikes
Blue : long tours, with a high gradient
Red : alpine hiking where some more difficult passages can exist; reserved for experienced hikers
White : traveling rides 1 to 7 days

Minimum age: 5 years
