Yoga sessions for children and adults, and ethnobotany, with films, conferences and workshops. A week of well-being in the mountains.
Zen Altitude Week

* Mini conference : Mountain plants, healthy plants !

A chance to become acquainted with some of the plants that grow in our mountains, learn about their medicinal and nutritional properties. The conference is run by ethno-botanist Caroline Garnier, who will explain how these plants were traditionally used by locals in Auris.

* Walk : plants & well-being - open to all

An outdoor session to get to know the plants and their uses. Caroline favours a sensory approach (view, touch, smell) to identifying these plants and differentiating them from their toxic neighbours ! This walk takes place every week and is free of charge.

* Home-made balm workshop (1h30) - adults and children aged 8 +

In the heart of the mountains, turn to nature to help look after yourself... exactly what Caroline is offering to teach you by making a balm from plants picked locally. Everyone can then take home with them a pot of this naturally and locally made ointment.
