Descriptif Lecture – Wild winter delights: tasty plants under the snow!
A lecture to learn more about foraging and get to know some of the plants that can be picked and cooked in winter, including identification criteria, virtues and culinary uses. The lecture is followed by a discussion and Q&A session.
Caroline is an ethno-botanist and author of Cuisiner la nature (Rustica, 2019), Des plantes sauvages dans mon assiette (Larousse, 2019), Le Petit Traité des plantes sauvages comestibles (Rustica, 2014) and the Je Cuisine collection (published by Au Coin du Bois). She also organises training sessions on plant knowledge, creates recipes and is head publisher at Aventure au Coin du Bois.
Caroline will be signing copies of her books after the lecture.
