Home Cooking with winter plants workshop
A cooking workshop that teaches you how to extract Rosehip pulp and transform it into jam. Rosehip can be found all around Auris. Not only is it extremely rich in vitamin C, it is also delicious !
First you will learn to extract the pulp from the fruit - an essential part of any recipe that uses Rosehip. Then you will make the jam. Everyone goes home with their own pot of jam, to either take back as a souvenir or enjoy whilst on holiday. This cooking workshop is open to adults and children over the age of 8.
