Description: Nordic walking introduction

The purpose of this invigorating and convivial activity is to perform a complete muscular work for the upper and lower parts of your body, using special poles.

Open to all ages. With a simple technique, nordic walking is suitable to everyone: beginners, casual hikers or pro runners.

Registration at the Tourist Office.

Opening periods

From 11/07 to 31/08, every Tuesday and Thursday between 9.30 AM and 11 AM.

From 05/12 to 17/04, every Monday between 9.30 AM and 11 AM.
