About : Introduction to telemark skiing with the ESF
Telemark is one of the oldest skiing techniques of the different winter sports. Telemark skiers are often characterised as "dancing skiers" with only the front of their shoes fastened the heels are free and the knees are bent.
This sport is getting everyday more succesful and if you see a skier with a majestic appearance skiing down the slopes it can only be a telemark skier !
